Barbara Williams is a native of Florida and has lived in the North Atlanta area for most of her adult life.  Barbara has enjoyed careers in the areas of real estate, law and medical administration. Her most recent career tapped into her love of helping people as she owned and operated a Christian Counseling Center with her husband.

Recently retired from supervising a team of counselors at her church, Barbara continues to use her gifts and skills to counsel families and individuals in discovering and learning to appropriate the loving plan God has for their life regardless of the circumstances from which they came.  Barbara's common sense, discernment and heart for God and human beings make her a perfect wise counselor as a board member for The 2:10 Foundation.

Holly Hill was raised in New Hampshire and moved to Georgia in the late 1980's.  Holly has volunteered with a number of secular and faith based ministries over the years, both "near and far" but felt called to form The 2:10 Foundation, Inc. in 2013.

While working full time all of her adult life, Holly earned her Associate's Degree in Business Administration at Georgia Perimeter College.  She then went on to study Marketing and Accounting at Georgia State University, and graduated with a degree in Geography.  Paying for her education on her own with only one loan that she repaid within 2 years of graduation, Holly understands the challenges of trying earn an education in today's world..

Today, Holly is a Chief Financial Officer for a retirement planning company.  She is honored to play a small part in her community by providing scholarships to those struggling to gain a higher education and become independent.

Joe Oktavec is a graduate of Ohio State University and works in sales for a large construction materials distributor.  Joe is an active member in his church and serves his community by leading a bible study class for young men at his church in the North Atlanta area.  He also serves in a number of capacities for various compassion and church planting ministries.

Joe and his wife Laura have three children.  Joe and Laura both share a passion for families and education.  Joe's compassion for and desire to help young adults move toward a meaningful and successful life is apparent from the moment you begin speaking with him.  He gives of his time generously and loves to share about the grace, strength and renewal that comes from knowing and following Jesus Christ.  We are grateful and honored for Joe's service to our board!

Rachel J. Baker was raised in New Jersey and relocated to Georgia in 2010.  Rachel is an alumni of the prestigious Alger Horatio Scholarship, graduated from Steton Hall University, and currently works in the financial services industry.  Rachel is an active member in her church and community.

Rachel and her husband Gary have two daughters and one son.  After hearing of a homeless high school senior she and her parents worked together to provide him a home.  With the love and support of his new family along with his hard work and dedication, this young man has achieved a college education, a wife, and a new start in life.

Rachel brings compassion, experience and a God-inspired desire to improve the lives of those around her.  We are honored to have Rachel as a board member of The 2:10 Foundation.
